Doesn’t work
Tried installing for my daughter on two different iPhones. It asks for my parental approval, but every time we try doing that via email we get “Something went wrong. Please try again.”.
I tried sending a support ticket via the Snypr website, and using the form on their website failed, too. “There was a problem while sending E-mail”.
The app is hot garbage. Coaches should find something different for their players.thelightbulbsun

Can’t even use
The app doesn't even work. I would go in and create an account for my child and after I put my email in for the parent permission part of the process it wouldn’t work. Whenever I’d hit resend to resend the email it would come up with an error message. So I can’t even use the app. Does this happen to anybody else?i wanna die die die

Was using this app for my team. I did at least 750 reps today and it counted only 550.weste66
Great Idea, but only if it worked...🤨
The app is great but it doesn’t count all of the wall balls that you do. I’ll sit there and and be at 40 reps, I’ll do 10 throws and the app only counts like three of them. This makes me mad because I’ve worked hard to do it but it doesn’t show me that I’ve done it. Other than that I think the app is really cool but overall it just needs some improvements.1Horsie

When I was doing my reps, I was aiming for 1000 and I counted in my head. But when I looked at my phone it was only at 900 or so. I think you have to make a certain movement for it to count one rep. I wanted to know if anyone else had this problem.aralax13942
Credit card required to register?
I registered for my 9 year old daughter and was redirected to Synpr’s website to enter my credit card. Really? This just seems so fishy... Even a PayPay option would have been better than having my credit card stored in another hackable location (which is stored who knows where)...HappyBmore
