Super bad
No working first purchase code, any code of midnight, its not making any sense to buy online as the store if they do not work updating and giving a proper work to the app.
Not well thought out process.

Messy, complicated looks app
I have a feedback to share regarding the app. While using it, I had a feeling of being or shopping in a busy bazzar where it's tough to navigate through the crowd. It would be great if the app could be more user-friendly and less clunky. Additionally, I suggest adding more features to enhance the experience, such as integrating with Apple Wallet to allow members to store their membership cards directly on their phones. This would be a convenient and secure way to access their membership information without having to rely solely on the app.

Worse nightmare!!!!!!
Used it for the first time. The money have been deducted from my bank account yet no proof of transaction made. Another downside of this app is once any product in the cart and customer still on the look for another product the previous one kept missing due to ‘out of product’ issue. Why can’t we the customer be given ample time to browse other products and not rushing to make payment??

Firstly, there’s nothing much can be done with the app apart from browse thru products. Since Nov until today, I still could not add any items into the cart to place order.
2ndly, Watsons CS ain’t helpful at all as rather than rectify the issue, the reply was to try again after 5 hours that ain’t working.
3rdly, please change your developer teams that sleep on the job as how could this app problem remain an issue for 2 weeks now. Every min is $$ and you’re making the company losing money. 4thly, why bother to launch new interface for general use when it’s not fully tested.

New version upgrade is useless, can’t even log in after several attempts. Reset and reinstall still not working!!
Buggy app
How does an app THIS buggy be released to the public? Can’t even link my member card cos the submit button never got activated eventho i’ve filled in all the fields. And the phone no prefix is already set at +60 and yet we still have to input our full cellphone no 012xxx so the verification never got thru cos it was sent to +60 012xxxxx. Amende ni app developer cmonnnn

Unable to send queries on the Order
There is a function where user can send queries to the order. But I never able to successfully to send it out. It's not network problem. Please fix it.
Can’t even sign in properly
Always states that my mobile phone number is invalid, although it is the correct number. Couldn’t verify at all. Unable to use it.
