Description of iOverate
iOverate is my app to help you do two things:
1. Stabilize how much you eat to avoid overeating (and under-eating).
2. Balance your diet to help you get the food your body needs in order to defeat craving.
It stabilizes your intake by having you tabulate your total food servings every day (1 serving is roughly 100 kcal) but most importantly it tabulates overeating, carrying each day's excess intake over to the next day to help you avoid overall weeks of overeating.
It balances your diet by having you separate what you eat into food groups and giving target intake ranges. To under-eat in any food group is to create a craving, but the body doesn't accurately tell you what you need to satisfy it.
