  • Doesn’t work

    Even when I have card “locked” it shows as active in the bank’s system and lets transactions go through. This has cost me money and me repeatedly getting an overdraft charge. Nobody has a solution or can tell me why it is doing this. It’s quite annoying and frustrating. It worked well at first now it’s just not working. Very frustrating to me.

  • Never works properly

    Always having to delete and re install the app . Now I can’t even add my debit card to it I sure wish they would fix it .. very frustrating and really not worth the trouble anymore ..

  • Great but could be better

    Id love if you guys added an apple pay auto add feature so it would be a lot simpiler and faster to add my card to apple pay

    ive had to delete and reinstall like 5 times cause it wouldnt let me in

  • App trying to charge me to download

    I have had this app for over a year .... it wouldn't open I had to delete the app trying to re install and now it's trying to charge me! Would love if they had a website connected to this so I could atleast unlock my card. When I call first financial they say they don't know to call mycard caddy but my are caddy gives the first financial number as the contact... this is ridiculous

  • Come on people!

    I went to the bank to pay my credit card balance and asked if I could link the card to my online banking so I could just transfer money to pay it. She said just use the My Card Caddy app and I would be able to do that. But I can’t do that with the app. I downloaded it anyway and put in my info. When I put in my address it would not accept my state of Indiana and turned the box red, just kept saying please enter your state. I gave up and deleted the app.

  • Why bother?

    Unless I’m missing something, there’s no make payment feature in the app. Why would you make a credit card app that doesn’t allow you to make your monthly payment? This app doesn’t give me any info I can’t access by just pulling up the account through the website. Hopefully a make payment option is coming soon, otherwise downloading this app is pointless.
