Poor support or a rips-off?
Asked how to use advertised new feature and was given a link to request a refund. Not a word about how to use the app. So this begs the question: was this response incredibly bad support or a scam?

Love this app
I love all the app this developer makes. I’ve got this one running on all of my computers at home. I can even access files on my NAS’ through this app being that their folders are mounted on my computers. We’ll worth the minimal price.
Does Everything It Promises.
This is an outstanding app! Just read the detailed description of its functions — the app does everything it says it does - videos, music, photo and files. The video quality is excellent, and the screen mirroring works perfectly. This app is the reason why independent developers need to be supported and encouraged to create useful products. [I’m not related to Evgeny Cherpak and I have no financial interest in File Explorer and Player.]
