App has a major issue
We recently implemented the solution but it is a big disruption to the business especially while scanning. We keep getting an error ‘Scan in Progress’ after almost every item. Even if we restart the transaction, we cannot proceed. Users have to frequently log off and log back in. A huge loss of efficiency. We have logged an SR with oracle but there is very little response on the SR.Show lessDeveloper Response

Recently we implemented the app . Works like charm in iPhone/ios mobile device.
However we are finding trouble to use multiple instances in same app ( just by switching instance) . There is no clear documentation on this.Buttons don’t show
I have recently been able to get this app to work on an iPhone, but for Android, the cancel, save and next buttons at the bottom of the app are not visible making it impossible to use this app.Developer Response
