Going to return product because of app
Cannot connect to wifi no matter what you do. So now I'm going to return it and buy a different brand.
Download the Smart Life or Tuya app instead
This app is... Well, not so great. But the appliances work and the IOT SDK they used works well with SmartLife and TuyaSmart.

like everyone else has said. You would think the company would have come up with a solution by now for how expensive the units are!
It never worked
I’m disappointed in WiFi function. Keep room cool but WiFi doesn’t work at all. It has never worked on any level. False advertising at its best.

I have repeatedly entered the correct information for my router, but still cannot proceed! I will now delete the app! I have wasted enough time on it.

Crappy app
Followed instructions and app won’t connect to wifi...nice try!! One major reason we purchased this model was because of the technology. Perhaps don’t advertise your unit has options..but don’t work.

It won’t connect to wifi... what a waste of money.
App Doesn’t Work
Every time I try to connect to my WiFi network the app crashes. Basic functions just don’t work. Very poor phone app, but device works with the remote.
