Stopped working
App stopped working around Feb 2018. KSFCU was no help. Multiple attempts at tech support and they told me everything was working fine. They advised me to visit a branch for tech support, no thanks.
Bit disappointed :(
App doesn’t let me save my alerts settings and I don’t see a text option for delivery method.
Stopped sending alerts.
The app worked perfectly for a time, then suddenly stopped sending alerts, which almost defeats the purpose of having it. I believe you can still suspend your card immediately, but that really doesn’t help if you aren’t alerted to purchases.
