Unusable and no one will respond to my emails.
It just keeps saying my camera is offline. I cannot access recordings. I have paid for a year’s subscription. I have emailed for support multiple times with no response. I have tried on multiple days to reset the camera, to remove it and put it back, to delete app and reinstall. Still won’t connect. It only worked for a short time until it started saying offline. When I first got it, it worked great. Now nothing! No one will respond to my emails and I cannot find a customer service number.Show lessMommaSnooks
Camera really good
Picture very clear and colorful, i’ve bought 3 yrs, but recently my camera connected to other server. And i can not log in cause messages is:” camera connected to other server, plz log in again to change the same server “ i’ve tried log in but 2 hours still loading.Tommypq
Not a bad app.
Been using this for several years. It has improved for sure. Early on every click caused a pop up trying to sell cloud storage. That has been fixed now, thank you. If I need cloud it is easy to figure out how to order. I would like to see some new features though. 1) Ability to delete events. 2) ability to show multiple cameras at once. 3) fast forward on playback of alerts would be helpful.Show lessAutomation Bugs!!!
