Missing main basic feature
Either you watch games live, or the next day. Impossible to watch games from start if they are running already, have to wait till the end of the game and hours before they are available.Greenleaf59
Worst streaming service on the planet
1. Logs you out while watching the stream
2. Never have the games loaded up until over an hour after the game has finished.
3. Glitches while watching
4. Can’t start watching from the beginning if joining part way through live event.
5. No 4K quality streams.
Yet after all of this they still charge the same as everyone else.

My bestie sport is tennis and being able to follow the professional tour around the world on BeIN Sports 2 is just the best!

Horrendous customer experience
Truly infuriating process trying to stream the Australian Open tennis. Selecting the desired match in the TV Guide then prompts me to download a different app (MENA one). That app then says not entitled to access the content in the country I’m in (Singapore). All this having followed the prompts to subscribe in a Google ad where everything was quoted in Singapore dollars.
WhatsApp customer service is completely automated and every path just tells you to login on a desktop or laptop…

Waisted my money for this app
I brought a full year subscription but the app doesn’t work anymore on all my devices and platforms. In fact this is my third year buying yearly subscription with this app. The first two years, the app was great! Working perfectly! I thought that it will work the same way this year. But, it didn’t!

On ne peut pas voir les vidéos en tout temps d’une information de changement de club ou de autres chose. Je n’aime vraiment pas sa moi ni mes amis et c’est injuste. Puis si les match pourraient être vu en direct et enregistre en tout temps dans l’application. Sa sera très magnifique 🤩.
