This is not story sequencing; these are groups of random pictures. There are diction problems and awkward phrasings. There is hardly any content; it’s really paltry for a paid app. The worst aspect is the strange loop that each group is on so that when you’ve finished, there’s no acknowledgement that it’s starting again, which makes no sense to a pre-schooler.

  • Good but could be better...

I had no sound with my app...it was my understanding that it would have a sound for getting the sequence right. Would be nice if it read you the sentences for those who need auditory or cannot read. Also could not rate the app from the parent section...it would not take me to the rating and review area. I like that there are many different choices of sequences. Encouragement sounds would be good. If it did say the sentence, it would be nice to have a little button in the top right to repeat the sentence, like some of their other apps. Good app, but could use a little tweaking.

  • Great app

    Helpful for sequencing
  • Good App!

I think this will be great for my son to practice his reading along with working with sequencing.
  • Extremely functional tool

I like how this changes the order of items because the children I work with have a tendency to get bored with things that are familiar to them. Definitely keeps them on their toes and gets the mind working.
  • Very helpful!

I like how the app includes sequencing and early reading/sight words . Ties together the comprehension piece with readiing. Nicely done and a quick and easy way to practice those skills during speech-language therapy as well as in the classroom. I like how the sentences are the same and the order is switched to practice repeated reading and work on fluency. Nicely done.

  • Teacher

The last sentence does not finish readign when it is put into place (no matter which picture you put into place last). Also, some of the stories are odd. "We Can Go In a Big Blue Train" has no picture of a train and the first sentence reads, "Or we can go in a yellow cab."
  • Good job

I like the repetitive application for kids who need the practice.
  • Great for Early Readers

We had a fun time as a family using this app with our Kindergartener by displaying it via AirPlay using our Apple TV. He was engaged with it and kept wanting to do more sentences. I could envision this in a classroom setting on a projector screen where students could take turns pointing to the blocks on the screen while the teacher moves them. It could get students moving and up in front of the class promoting public speaking skills, movement, and instructional communication skills.

  • Good for sequencing

Good app. Pictures change position each time while the story stays the same. Need to fix the last sentence that gets cut off while the praise is said. Lots of options/stories. All stories are sequencing of 4 items, wish you could change to 2 or 3 to help the early learners or those with learning challenges.
