I got this app so I could do the training on my watch which doesn’t work at all. Waste of money as I already had an apnea app on my phone.watto1414

please reinstall the app on the WatchManual table setting
I chose this app to be able to create my personal O2 and CO2 tables. Sadly this option is not working.AIDA freediver

This option is fully working from the version 6.8, enjoy!Watch app is pointless
The Watch app
Doesn’t allow you to train. All it does is stop a breathing exercise that you first need to start on your phone.
I bought this only because it had a watch app. Very disappointed as the breathing app on the phone is no where near as good as others I have tried.LeighOliver

Yes, you need to start the app on your iphone. Difficult Apple Watch apps can‘t work without iphone :)Simple and effective

Okay for beginners, not for real training
Tables are not customizable, so if your maxing your O2 table out at 2:13 this is great. If not you probably have to drop 3$ for a different app.Isaachou

The tables are fully customizable from the version 6.8, you can change the times, add or delete rows in the "manual" mode of the tables
