  • An okay start, but it still feels like pre-release

    Problems I see today:

    Output on pipe asks for weight, but cannot calculate ID (what it actually needs to function) from it and OD. Also, this same functionality should be provided for the cases hole section of the Wellbore page.

    The open hole section of the Wellbore page should also accept and use inputs for excess factors.

    Once calculated, the the software presents an option to email, but throws an error that the email is not a setting, which is technically correct, since the software provides no place to specify an email recipient (or, for that matter, a sender address).

    Much more minor, but it makes more sense to specify annular fronts as positive and in-pipe fronts as negative, since the annular positions are usually more numerous.

    Once all these gaps are addressed, it might be something a cementer or engineer might use.
