Needs Improvement For More Downloads
As Salam wa3 laykom wa rahmatullahi wabarakatuhu fellow brothers and sisters reviewing this review. Before I express my opinion in this, I advise every person reading this to read it CAREFULLY. Just a heads up is I’m not a teenager nor am I an adult so it’s from a child’s perspective. So since I am a big fan of Sheikh Abdul Basit Abdul samad, I decided to look up on the App Store his name so that I can listen to his golden voice without using YouTube as an app. The problem is I wanted an app that would give me the privilege of being able to exit the app and use other apps or turn off my phone without having to leave it on. Of course I scrolled through the apps and they pretty much had ABDUL BASIT ABDUL SAMAD reciting the glorious, peaceful and heart soothing Quran. Once it downloaded through my patience, I clicked on the app happily with a big smile as if it was Eid or a unique Islamic celebration! There the app loaded and then I clicked on Surat al Fatiha (the opening) and I made sure it was him reciting so that IT WAS NOT A SCAM. Sure enough this was very impressive since I scrolled and it was the whole book of the Quran al karim! I clicked on Surat al Baqarah (the cow) and sure enough it was him reciting it and so I said alhamdulillah. I love how he always does the tiliwat and does the stretching and how he holds his breath but even though this app never had it I was still happy with a massive smile on my face. I remembered that earlier while I was with my family at home, I turned on the tv/television and put him reciting Surat al Maryam (Mary). Then it gave me the idea to look for Surat al Maryam (Mary) and I found it. WHEN I CLICKED ON IT, IT SAID IT NEEDS PAYMENT TO UNLOCK HIM RECITING THE WHOLE ENTIRE QURAN! Sorry for the capitals but you do not know how disappointing it is for me. Now I am dissatisfied with this app and so I decided to write a review. I know I’ve written everything as a summary of my experience instead of an actual review like what they taught me at school but I just wanted to share something so think TWICE before downloading this app. I’m not being rude and I’m not trying to prevent ANY people from not downloading this amazing software even though I’m dissatisfied. Jazakullahukhayran guys for reading this and remember that I’m only a child who wrote this. One quick thing is that I don’t hate this app I still love it since it is the best of all books, “the holy Quran”!
