Poor support
My company has been working with Metricwire for a clinical trial. The app itself is useful and has some cool features. However the tech support is frustratingly slow. The head of the company says things will be done in a certain timeframe and very often they are not. Their errors and delays have slowed our research considerably.

Worst app ever
Constantly had issues uploading videos for study we were part of. App doesn't allow users to save video to their phone. So when the video fails to upload, you have to reshoot.
A students view
i like this app, i think it runs fine and it’s answering system is smooth and painless. it’s quick and easy to answer surveys and there’s nothing really holding it back. i think it’s a great app, good work developers!
This app needs optimization
This app is very slow. It froze from time to time which is super annoying.
It was unresponsive when you open a survey, or switch pages.
It stuck when typing something.
