I can’t change a darn thing using this app, it just lies and says you did but the amo sound is unchanged. Also you have to get on a computer to add the custom tones, who has a whole computer anymore?Not Mike20
Useless
I tried to use this app on my Spider V mkII 120 because the display on it is quite small and is very unintuitive. However, it achieved absolutely nothing. I flipped the switch at the back to the usb input side as instructed, but THE AMPLIFIER REFUSED TO WORK EVERYTIME I HOOKED UP A PHONE. Alongside that, the cloud feature inside the app is also useless as nothing comes up whatever you type. Please fix everything about this app.Show lesserdem_ozcan_05
App looks great but won’t connect
App loads fine. connect iPad all I get is device unsupported, zero support, nothing on forums beyond frustrating. Works fine on pc though!turdbalt

I can’t even use my amp rn because the stupid app keeps crashing. I need to update the amp but it won’t let me. So frustrating. Please fix this.C.jenk
Some companies just don’t see the big picture
Say a company makes a product and you feel it’s worthy of your hard-earned dollars. So you purchase it and start using it.
This is when you may encounter issues or have questions. But then you discover, while the company may excel in the areas of innovation and production, they fail to provide friendly, professional support. So customer satisfaction drops ⇩ quickly.
To make matters even worse, they fail to adapt and fill the glaring gap in their system. The intelligent thing to do FIRST would be to ensure their existing users are satisfied. Instead, they merely repeat the production cycle and make a NEW product.
You can only do this for so long. Eventually your existing customers are going to use ‘word of mouth’ to dissuade others from buying your product.

Crashes using iPhone 11.
No one uses iPhone 7 anymore. Come on guys! You need to update the app to work with newer mobile devices. I use an iPhone 11. Most people have more updated mobile devices than what you list in the compatible devices area.

So your current generation of amps only supports devices that are 4 or 5 generations old for this app to work with them? That’s just stupid. I have tried three androids and two Apple devices none of which worked and all of which extremely popular.im guessing this app was only made so you could say your amps have this capability but you don’t actually care if it works after they buy it(the amp) my next amp won’t be from you.Show lessjazon1972
Great functionality, unreliable performance
This app defiantly needs to be updated. I’m using this on an iPhone 11 Pro and whenever I leave the app to use a tuner or any other app on the phone I’m forced to reboot it as it would freeze. It’s slow sloppy and looks like it’s straight out of 2011.

This app is hot garbage.
My amp cuts out, so i figured it was shot. I looked online and they said it could be a software issue with the amp, so i downloaded this, and this app crashes constantly and i cant update my amp. I dont have a home computer currently, very disappointed with Line 6 in general right now.Blake_Adam

I have an original spider v20. I downloaded the app on my iPhone 11pro and couldn’t get it to work. Does it only work with v30 and above? Just wonderinggreerd820
