Good App, Doesn’t Track Purchases
I had bought the Houses option on Horos on my old phone. My phone over Labor Day weekend was stolen. I noticed today when I went to look at my Houses information, it was locked. I tried to request a refund and it told me there were no purchases for this app. I had, indeed, purchased a lot through this app. Really unhappy that I’ve spent money and can’t access because it’s a new phone.Show lessmoonphascd
Wrong ascendant
My ascendant is Leo and I double checked with other sites. It’s always been that but you have it under Scorpio I believe? In any even it’s wrong. And I had to pay that $2.99 karma report just to see the error. I’d like a refund. Please get your site corrected.Jesophee
No way to see reports you paid for
I enjoy this app a lot but why isn’t there a way to view past reports you’ve bought?? I bought a romantic compatibility report and didn’t have time to read it and now I’m trying to go back and it won’t even give me the optionBereniceberries

Incorrect
This app gives me a different birth chart to every other service I’ve ever used, despite the information being the same.katie vex
Chart correct, info wrong
This app was fine on my old phone but now when I enter the same natal info as usual, everything but my sun is off by one sign. Scorpio moon is now Libra, cancer asc is now Leo, etc. My planets, houses, and aspects are all wrong, yet for some reason the chart page shows the correct chart. Y’all just don’t know how to read charts I guess 🤷🏻♀️Show lessTarara~*
Always use this app but it’s glitching

Wrong ascendant
I have this same app on my old phone and on my old phone it says my son is a Capricorn sun aries moon aries rising but this same app on my new phone says he is libra rising. I’ve used the same exact birthdate, time, and City. I know from looking into it many other ways he is in fact an Aries rising. It changing to libra on a different phone with all the same information makes me have little trust for this app.Show lessNisaAutumn
