Why IOS 13??!
Such a wonderful app, found it useful, but my phone won’t take the ios 13 update rendering the app useless on my phone. For such simplistic features on the app I have no clue why it suddenly needs to work on IOS 13+Moon
Love this moon app , great for all movement of the moon, the little notification sound is sweet. An
This app is very informative and I have really enjoyed using it. I like that there is an are where the programmer is available to contact with any issues or questions.Has everything you need to follow the Moon
I have really grown to love this app!!!
Every time the moon moves into a new zodiac sign, a lovely tinkling chime is heard. Very pleasant, but can be turned off if desired. It reminds me to open the app to determine how the current astrological transit in relation to the moon (including the moon phase), impacts my life.
Love the new “future feature” that allows me to make plans around the moon and it’s relationship with the stars.Show lessUpdates
Is There Any Update On this app as it only shows you the same things all the time and how do you Get The Notifications As Whenever the Red Dot shows I can’t Find the AnswerIt used to be the absolute best.
I used to be a true fan of this app! It kept me up to date with the moon phases; current, past and future. I appreciated all the work put into this app especially as it was free to use. Although recently it became to be paid for, and as much as I understand the need to earn money especially now; during the difficult COVID times, it feels rather... disrespectful to the old users to just throw in the rules they have felt like putting in, without a note, a warning, an information of any kind.
Blah. Disappointed.Show lessGlad I didn’t pay
The app is incorrect for my location (Brisbane, Southern Hemisphere). It’s well and good to say at the end of the small print that the location isn’t required for privacy, but the problem is, it’s needed for accuracy. For instance, the app says that the full moon is tonight but where I am it’s actually waning gibbous.
Developers, you should make this issue VERY clear at the top of your description.Show lessDeveloper Response
Hi there, and thank you for your review. I am the developer, and I am also based in Brisbane, so I do know this app is accurate for Brisbane! You are correct for a very strict definition of full moon - however following these rules the full moon would only last a few minutes every month as it is only those few minutes the moon is at full illumination, so users would NEVER actually see full moon displayed on the screen - they would only ever see waxing or waning gibbous!! Inside this app it regards the full moon threshold as 97% or greater as people look at the moon at this illumination and see it as full moon. You will see the app change to waning gibbous after the illumination falls below 97%. If you are seeking a more strict mathematical approach to the exact definition of full moon please see my more by the numbers moon app which does count down to the exact moment of full moon and switches to waning gibbous at this exact moment of full moon - although behind the scenes both apps use a similar engine for accuracy! The alternative is linked at the bottom of the About screen inside this app for ease of access. Thanks again for your review.Expand calendar option
Decent app; I like that it displays the actual moon phase and the percentage of its phase. What it lacks is that you can’t scroll the calendar option without being promoted to buy the full version; it’s not THAT fancy of an app other than the moon photo & percentage so don’t be so stingy with just the calendar portion; sure you deb make your cut with the other options on the bottom of the screen but leave the calendar on the regular mode; that’ll get the extra stars from me at least.Show lessJust what I was after
Great, simple appNot much information
I’m confused why this app always makes haircut suggestions...? Seems very odd. It would be great to have more astrological forecasting for the Moon phases.
