Terrible after Voze buyout
Now after it became Voze, The changes that were made to make operations cheaper are blatantly obvious. AI is used to dictate call notes, with plenty of misspellings, wrong grammar, and completely wrong words. Sometimes, there are call notes from completely different companies and completely different sales people that have notes for one of our customers.
And not to mention the server constantly crashing, lost call notes, And about 20% of my call notes I have to redo because they just never show up.
