Customer service is horrible
I tried using my keyword, it would register my number in the app but would not send the auto reply. Contacted customer support and was told they would look at it tomorrow. Very unprofessional. I guess you get what you pay forcdecille
Used to be great
I used this a couple ago and it was wonderful. I used it recently and it has not worked once. I contacted help but never heard back. I just tried my key word today and it still doesn’t work.jamier3193

Bad service
The app was pretty good until Mark decided to deactivate my account with no warning or reasoning behind it. The app is free but he deactivated my account from time to time saying that I wasn’t cooperating with guidelines. He wanted me to promote the app. And he also tried to charge me $97 a month for a free app. He was initially very responsive to messages and all of a sudden he stopped responding. I suggest slick text. Customer service is way better and they have a customer support line any time you need to speak with someoneShow lessshontez14
Unlimited text blasts and advertising keywords
Only app I found that I can text an advertising keyword to shortcode. Then unlimited text blasts!!! I broadcast about 870,000 messages per day.brittsalesguy
Great for my restaurant
I use this app for my restaurant and I am very pleased. I text out coupons and specials on a regular basis and have felt this increases my business. All my questions are answered in a timely fashion, with helpful advice.Jeremy RP
