Used to be good, now unusable
This app used to be a good resource for finding other players to hit around with. With forced updates everything is now behind a paywall and the app is basically unusable without buying a subscription.
On top of that, nowhere in the app is there any information about their data collection practices, how to submit a data request, etc.; I can’t even find a link to their privacy policy. I’m surprised the App Store allows that.

Hello Product_19, Thanks for your feedback. Since 2016, TennisPAL was a free app bearing all development and marketing costs. Unfortunately, due to rising costs and lack of support from the community, TennisPAL was planned to shut down in 2023. As a final attempt to keep the community alive, we rebuilt the app with subscriptions as a way to sustain the costs of running the community. We hope that the people that find value in TennisPAL support it's existence. Our data privacy practices are clearly outlined in our Privacy Policy. We have our Privacy Policy on the Get Started page in the app before you log in, you can find a link to it in the footer of our website, and lastly, our App Store listing has a link to our Privacy Policy as required by the Apple App Store. Feel free to review our policies and terms from these locations. Your positive reviews are very important to us as it helps people find and join the community. Main thing is to find other players to hit with, thus the chat is the most important part to me. It works fine enough, but the moments page is pointless and shouldn’t be the starting page, imo. “Create post” should be more of a broadcast message to those nearby wanting it._.Maximus._

Your feedback is helpful to learn and make TennisPAL the best tennis community. Sending a Broadcast to nearby players is easy to do with TennisPAL. Simply tap on your profile picture at the top of Moments and you can broadcast a message to people near you. Additionally, you can start with a FindPAL search and then continue on to Broadcast a message to the people you find. Nice job messing up the app. It was fine the way it was and now it is unusable. Don’t waste your time downloading this. You are better off looking for tennis buddies on Facebook groups or other groups. Old contacts are gone now too with this update. Delete now!!!
No need to add your response because it is just B.S. it is shutting down because the app sucked and now you think charging people will help? Again everyone… delete this app now and shut this app down!!!! Greedy developers can go find another job!!!Show lessVballingnsac

We still offer free access but unlimited access is available for less than a cup of coffee per month.
