112 MNE is the official application of the 112 Operational Communication Centre, Ministry of Interior of Montenegro. It brings together the information you need in an emergency, drawn from official state sources. EMERGENCY CALL • Call 112 in a single tap • SOS SMS: the app prepares a message with your location and opens it in your messaging app, so you can send it when you cannot or must not speak • Support for deaf and hard of hearing users NEAREST EMERGENCY SERVICES • Police, fire and rescue, emergency medical services and others • Shown on a map with the distance and driving time from you to them • Call and navigate in one tap ROAD CONDITIONS • Roadworks, delays and incidents on the map • Incident reporting, reviewed by an operator before it is published • Roadside assistance sorted by distance, with municipality coverage • Border crossings: status, waiting times and live cameras WEATHER AND NATURAL HAZARDS • Weather alerts by region, for today and tomorrow • Current temperature from the measuring stations of the Institute of Hydrometeorology and Seismology • Forecasts for towns across Montenegro and a marine forecast • Earthquakes with an epicentre map • When an orange or red weather alert is in force, the app changes its appearance so it cannot be missed PLANNED OUTAGES • Announced electricity outages LANGUAGES Montenegrin and English. DATA SOURCES Institute of Hydrometeorology and Seismology of Montenegro, Automobile Association of Montenegro, Montenegrin Electricity Distribution System, Police Directorate and Real Estate Administration. IMPORTANT This app does not replace a call to 112. In a life-threatening situation, always call 112 first. The app uses your location only while it is open, to show the nearest services, the forecast for your area and an accurate position with an incident report. It requires no account, and does not ask for your name, email address or phone number.
