Reviews of Connect365

  • Grateful for this technology

I went to treatment for mental health & trauma and this app provides me with resources and a instant messaging connection to my recovery coach.
  • Inconsistent Performance

I’ve had to regularly reload the program due to its crashing and that is completely frustrating. There is minimal value; I feel as if I’m entering data for data’s sake (maybe valuable to the corporate office). The chat is somewhat helpful, but it seems as if I mostly receive “boiler plate” input from the individual on the other end of the chat unless I ask a specific question. I believe it’s intended purpose is good, but it’s execution is poor.
  • One size does not fit all

This is a one size fits all app geared exclusively towards people recovering from addiction. Contrary to what the marketing team at Sierra Tucson will tell you, this is not designed to support people in the pain, mood, or trauma tracks. All of the language and resources center on addiction. If addiction is not part of what you’re going through this app is pretty useless. The only trauma resources are two links to government posts about PTSD. Tbh that seems right considering the other tracks in the in-person program are all runners up to addiction.

This app just aggravates me and I only signed up for it under pressure and with a promise that it would allow me access to the continuing care team. The recovery clock feature just makes me mad. It’s 100% a sobriety counter. I have not been in recovery from trauma for a few weeks, I have been in recovery for more than 20 years. The addiction focus is immensely frustrating.
