I had an awful experience just signing up! Some fields, like the state & county would not accept the selection, & I had to type info manually. I had to enter all info to sign up & then all info to book the room. Finally, I booked the room, got a reservation number, & I somehow got two rooms. I tried canceling one room, & the entire reservation disappeared! I tried booking again, made the reservation, got a confirmation number, tried to save the reservation to my calendar, and then the reservation just disappeared again! Just awful!!! I had to call the hotel to make certain that I wasn’t double booked, & I made a new reservation when I found that they didn’t have one at all for me. The phone conversation wasn’t great either, but my advice: if you have to stay at this chain, don’t use the app, just call!!
