Bank or app. Deceptive through obsfucation! Tried to reschedule a bill payment that DID NOT SAY PENDING. It appeard to have been done. Woke this morning to a NASTY surprise when it suddenly WAS pending, couldn’t be stopped, leaving me in a bind. And FORGET service from anyone who knows their backsides from a hole in the ground. Service is NON-EXISTENT, outside the Savannah branch, with branches with which I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with.

Needs improvement
This app needs a lot of work. I can't even log on.
Not as useful as should be
Able to view current account info, but unable to use deposit check option. Front and back pictures are reviewed very clear, but error message ALWAYS shows that your image is not clear enough and cannot read check. This should not be a part of the app if it is unable to be used. We have used other electronic deposits in the past with no problems. Disappointed in this.
