Internal transfers don’t always work
XxxProblems on every update
Whenever they update the app, I can’t access my accounts. The app is more of a headache than a problem solver. I don’t get how it can have so many errors so often.Bank app
Have to agree with the other people, never had so much trouble to do anything on this app, every time you upgrade none of my s—- works and always have to call in to change password is very frustratingUpdate
Unable to update my iPhone-I’m at 12.5 iOS max...there was not any notification. Went to transfer money to my son, who is out of state currently, via app internal transfer after business hours and was unable to do so. Called the bank-was informed I needed to get a new upgraded phone in order to use the app. Thanks for the advanced notice.Show lessFrustrating!!!!!!!!
By far the worst banking app I’ve ever used in my life!!!!Annoying

I used this app for a couple years and it was great. However, in the last few months it has totally not been working. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it multiple times, and it doesn’t work. I even got a new phone and tried downloading the app multiple times and it still does not work. It always displays an error message that states there is an “intermittent connection issue” and to check my connection. My internet is perfectly fine and works with everything else, so it can only be an issue with the app.Show lessStrange actions
I’m using Safari IPHONE with the app.
When I tap the sign out, the popup asks if I want to sign out.
After tapping Yes, next Popup says I’m signed out.
Next time I open the app, says I’m now signed out due no activity.
