Too many glitches
There’s too many glitches in this app and on the computer. You have to sign in to her three times just to get into the program and then games say you don’t have enough money when you actually do. All the games are nice but I get ticked off with all the problems.kd8cfl

I love jacks casino so I figured I’d download the app because it says you can earn free comps to the casino on it. Well that’s never happened it’s fun when it works right. Every time I play blackjack it’s a hit or miss when I win if I’m going to receive the earnings I actually won. I sent a complaint in about it and they emailed me back and said it looks like it’s working fine I must be mistaken. I think i would know if it credits me what it actually says I won. Anyways it’s still fun to play but I’d play more if i actually got credited for my winnings but I run out of money fast on it because I don’t and I refuse to pay for credits so I have to wait at least a day to get a login bonus so I can play a couple games and do it all over again.Show lessSuckhole
Could have better chip bonuses

I have never received the daily login bonus. Every time I open the app it times out or has trouble connecting to the server. It’s a bummer because I visit Jack Casino at least twice a month!kis013
Constantly disappointed
Most of the time I spend 5 to 10 minutes just trying to get logged in. Then if I’m lucky to get logged in I’m lucky if I can stay that way for as long as I play. Constantly booted off the system or I will get this message that says that the operation timed out. My operation is about the time out with this app and on installing it.Show lessdgj342
