    I love the convenience of my groceries being delivered. I’ve been impressed with the communication through wechat making sure I was always current with news of my order. The driver is also conscientious to make sure my order is correcting delivered and professional. I feel confident that the food will be top quality. Epermarket makes life so easy!

    Awful awful awful customer service.
    Do not rely on them during quarantine... or afterwards. I ordered milk for my baby, and they didn’t deliver it, the explanation was “oh the delivery guy forgot to pick it up with the rest of the order, it will be one or 2 days before you get it”. 4 days later.. still nothing. I received a coupon refund eventually.

    Fast forward to me not learning my lesson - I ordered said milk again as it’s what my baby is used to from home. Again. Not delivered.... this time saying that it’s delivered through a third party and it takes longer!? Why!? Why not specify that? How can someone rely on them if they choose when you deliver part of your order without notifying you first? I requested a refund.. and they said we’ll add you on wechat to do so. 3 days later, 2 emails later, still no refund. Eventually, we got there. But with a lot of time wasted on my part!

    My advice is do not buy milk from them, it’s being shipped around china and sitting in the heat only to be return to them eventually because people complain of not having received it in time!

    Terrible terrible customer service. Hoping an alternative to them comes up soon!

    every time you open this app it makes you update. it’s incredibly annoying.
  • Buyer Beware

    When you order water, oops - they don’t tell you it will not arrive with the rest of your delivery. Not on the screen that sells the water, not on the order confirmation, and not on any receipt.

    Then when you call to ask about why the water wasn’t delivered, oops - they say it takes one to three days because it comes through a third party supplier and it’s not in their stock.

    Then after three days when you call to ask again about why the water still isn’t delivered, oops - they say they will check on it. And then they it will take yet ANOTHER three days (maybe???).

    And what do they do to make any of this right?

    “We will ask the supplier about possibly delivering more water to you.”

    Nice. The supplier I don’t know and never had dealings with. You’ll ask about it for me. And nothing else.

    Good luck to Epermarket. Hope they eventually learn what customer service actually means.

    I don't understand why I need to update the app every single time I am going to use it.
  • sick of updating. Ridiculous. Extremely inconvenient.

    Literally 9/10x I open the app needs to be updated.

    Yes I am forced to update as well EVERY time I use the app. A bit ridiculous.
