Works well but needs an update to be Perfect
A very nice and brilliant app which works well, except for a little bug issue which am told the developer is aware of. But so surprisingly hasn’t done any update to fix it. Logging into the cloud seems to be a little problem. “You will be able to log in when app is reactivated.” That what am told when I try to log in. So Jun Wei I will appreciate an update and promise to give you a 5 stars if app works perfectlyShow lessKwame Bruno

I never made a review on apps but this time by buying W3600 i made a big mistake , it was working fine for the first two months but later on you need to dial 10 times and maybe one time you can connect this app to W3600.
I bought W3600 because it was written on Roaming killer but actually i waste 70$ on it.Show lessshahab233

Ripped off
The DualSim Home adapter would not recognize my Verizon sim and so the app would not work. After emails to tech support failed to fix it, my request for return/refund of unit was refused saying it was my fault I didn’t verify before purchase that Verizon operates in same bands as Simore. If you’re building apps and tech for cell phones it seems you would know and advise consumers of incompatibility with a major carrier. At least I didn’t have to pay for the app. Stay far away from this!Show lessmacman53
