  • Terrible

    Not functional for a field tech. The time in and out buttons do not work, rendering it useless. Tech support can’t fix it. That is all that you need to know.

    This app is difficult to use, many mis-swipes that brings you months away from where you were, cannot easily switch accounts, very tough to figure out.

    I’ve had to delete and reinstall the app multiple times. I’ve timed out of work orders only to find that the app never timed me out. Lots of issues that keep popping up.
  • Never ending problems

    Every time there is an update to “fix” something, something else stops working.
    Glitches everywhere in this app.

    This service is great when it works. There is so much disparity in the way it operates though as there is constantly an issue with Hindsite service. They have several versions of the field app depending on whether you're using iOS, newer Android (which can be downloaded via the Google Play Store) or older Android versions (requires download directly from Hindsite website) and each one has it quirks. The iOS version is currently not carrying over the billable repair time and the last two billing weeks have sent invoices to QuickBooks with missing billable time estimated at around $29,000 at the moment. Constant updates that create new problems and the amount of time spent on the phone with service technicians has seriously had our company reconsidering the usefulness of this service.
