Game was so so when netmarble was the developer. But now this new owner kixeye is killing a half dead game even faster. Don’t waste your time or money here. This ship is sinking. Update Kixeye has really driven the nail in the coffin now. Two weeks straight of events that are not functioning at all and no compensation for the money spent for these events. And the staff is absolutely ignorant to anything game related. Get a refund and get gone people. This game shouldn’t even be available on app stores. Yet again another botched event in September of 2022….. events that worked in the past no longer work, no points being distributed after hours of battle. These devs are just completely outclassed. And now every time they touch the game they lock us out after the update with no explanation to fix their constant mess ups. What an absolute joke
Update 2024 game is finished, the developers are absolutely ignorant and out of their depth. They basically allow cheating, hacking and stealing and their resolution is to just charge the rest of the very small player base more money to attempt to rectify their shortcomings. This game needs to be removed from the app stores , shut down and all the funds spent should be reverted back to the players. This game is thieving plain and simpleShow lessEffKixeye

I started playing this game when it came out in 2018. The game itself has always been a blast, but back then it was a purely pay to play game. I quit in 2020. Then decided to wonder back and see what was up in early 2022. Low and behold a new company had bought the game. Although a very rocky start.. as of recent they actually brought about some very awesome upgrades and easy improvements for any level player whether p2p or f2p. The game still has a few bugs that need worked out but I have noticed them getting fixed as of late as well. The fun is returning as are old players and I am excited to see where this goes next.Show lessDèénø

Ever since this game was purchased by kixeye it has become almost unplayable. The big new “phantom world” DIDN’T WORK AT ALL, the stuff never unshielded. Also people who had ported there had their own shield randomly dropped and were not reimbursed for their lost troops (which are way too expensive in this game but that’s another story). Many many features have stopped working, or are so outdated as to be useless. For example, most of my research now takes tens of billions of each resource. The “cargo ship” that visits gives you…wait for it…15 THOUSAND resources. It would literally take a MILLION cargo ships to get enough of ONE resource for ONE research. All their meager, amateur programming seems devoted to getting more ads into the game, not fixing the many broken features. I still log on to talk to people but I am done buying “packs”, and the day I forget my shield (or kixeye erroneously drops it) and I get zeroed, that will be my last day with the app installed. Do. We resolved the issues with the original Phantom World event and have recently increased event rewards (such as Dark Moon, Titanic AW) for example and also increased the available auto upgrade/researches in Super Pass to assist new and smaller players! We're also sorry to hear that you had forgotten to place your shield- if you haven't already done so, we would really recommend ensuring push notifications are turned on. That way you will receive a notification just before your shield expires and another once it has expired. We will continue to improve upon processes to minimize issues going forward. We are committed to earning your trust with the changes and features you deserve. Hopefully you'll give us another try soon.New ownership is terrible
This game was pretty good there were some issues that the community would have liked to see resolved but in general it was working and fun. Since the new company has taken over just about all of the events have failed and the dev response was immediately nullified the following week. An event which has been working for four years has failed in just two weeks of new owners taking hold. This needs to be fixed and devs need to be on 24/7 to fix any issues that arise which has now become quite often. I will not spend another dollar on this game.Show lessKing of Boom
Crashing
The game always crashes me during the “tutorial” it started about a year ago and my game crashes every time I enter the hero screen which makes it unplayable I’ve tried exiting and restarting I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling I’ve even tried waiting until the next update or patch but it’s just the same problem I rated it 3 starts because I have played it before this started and it was very good but this bug really ruined it if this could be fixed It would be appreciatedShow lessSirChocolatelyCrunch
Good, but please show the power of deployed units.
This game is pretty darn good. I love it, it much better than some of the other games in this particular genre, it has good graphics good gameplay, and the ability to rotate your xx view of the city. I’m having a good time playing, but I just want to suggest that the units I’m deploying show the overall power of the unit. Because I get nervous when I attack something, because I don’t know if my units will shatter like glass the moment I reach another base. Also, is there any way I can delete units I don’t need. Great game great features much better than many other games of its kind the only thing to focus on is yourself and your alliance don’t focus on the bs of the rest of the players have fun and strategize with the most competitive players this game requires Teamwork so that means lone wolfs won’t make it in this world, you need to focus learn and grow from the bigger spenders trust me there’s a bunch of them willing to teach newer players you just need to shut the hell up and listen get the benefits of being a part of a big spending group even if only five or six players are investing B.I.G. it’s worth it when the Domination and multiplayer gaming really starts advancing its gets real competitive and worth the time and effort.Show lesseramirez514
Love it but nm are money hungry
Fun game but make sure to go to a new kingdom and spend to grow fast. Once the bubble around the kingdom goes down and they have a transfer event, you are screwed. Just had a transfer event and toxic money Spenders who are bullies were allowed to go from the kingdoms they already killed off and go anywhere. Bullies in the traditional sense, not game sense. I had a friend get death threats for letting a specific player in and nm did nothing. That filth is still there. They will destroy those kingdoms. At least machine zone admits they’re money hungry and bans people like that.Show lesskismoody
Horrible transition with kingdom mergers
Game was fun. But now all kingdoms are merging. Meaning those who pay thousands to play rule and those who enjoy the grind suffer and never have freedom to play. The integration is horrible and there’s no real kingdom rewards outside of what you gotta pay for. The golden moon has no true cap. Those who pay these ridiculous in app purchases shouldn’t be able to zero or kill smaller castles who are enjoying the free to play variation. That needs to be fixed. Keep your pay to play players within their perimeters and maybe you’ll get most to stay and enjoy. It’s an amazing game but don’t expect to level up and enjoy it when there’s losers who pay thousands to ready endgame play.Show lessBest site
