Fight Scores

I'm excited to finally share a huge update thats been in the works for a while. This release introduces "Average Scorecards", the ability to view how other users are scoring a fight round-by-round in real time. This is great for comparing your card to others, or for following along live with a fight you're unable to watch. All scoring information is averaged and anonymous. Hello again! Like London buses, you wait around forever for one and then two come along in quick succession. That's right, this is a second Fight Scores update in a week! To recap, the previous version introduced the ability to specify weight classes for scheduled, classic, custom, and even existing scorecards. That's great eh? What was less great was that it also introduced a minor text alignment issue when both weight class and rematch labels were visible. So this update goes ahead and squashes that bug. In the immortal words of Petey Pablo, did you miss me? Yes, Fight Scores is back with it's first update in nearly a year. I apologise for taking so long in between releases and hope to regain a regular cadence going forward. This release is partially about updating the infrastructure to get back to cutting edge, however there is one new feature that has long been requested. • Adding weight classes to fights Now you can specify the weight class that a fight is taking part in. All classic fights, and fights that appear on the upcoming schedule will automatically have their weight class specified so you wont have to do a thing. This release aims to improve the UX around creating a new account. Users will now only have to enter the password once rather than having to confirm it as they've had to do previously. Hi everyone! It gives me great pleasure to announce that this release introduces an official way to distinguish a rematch from the original fight. Now, when creating or editing a custom scorecard, you can easily specify whether it's the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th meeting between these two combatants. All 'scheduled' and 'classic' fights have been updated to include these values. Fight Scores currently has a 4.5 star rating!
