Bad experience
First time using this application to order drinking water bottles. And I am new to Saudi, been here for all of three weeks. The delivery didn’t arrive. It’s been two days now still waiting for my water customer service don’t answer the phone to help.Az_Binks
2 bad experiences
I had two disappointing experiences with Gasable, both of which left me feeling cheated. The first time, they canceled my order, and instead of refunding the amount to my bank account, they only refunded it to my Gasable wallet. This was frustrating and inconvenient. The second time, I tried to use the 50 SAR in my wallet for an order totaling 56 SAR. However, the app wouldn’t let me pay the 6 SAR difference and required me to top up my wallet. The minimum top-up amount is 75 SAR!! which seems unfair and unreasonable for customers.Show lessmona1734

SCAMMERS IN SAUDI ARABIA!!
They sent me a guy who stole my new fiber tank and gave me a fake one with cement and weights at least 50 pounds!! Customer service representative are rude and couldn’t help me at all!! I have filed a complaint to ministry of commerce to shut them down 👎blackb90

Tried them for at least 4 years until the service fell down completely with service undelivered but super active when I find my wallet. After 4 days from placing order, CS agent with cold tone offer dump excuses about region is not served (Jeddah). No room to refund the money I paid so it’s a pure blackmail.
