No Customer Service Response
I already paid, so I’ll make the best of it, but don’t sign up if you expect help when you have questions (outside of their very minimal and narrow-focused FAQs).
I don’t mind the nonstop references to Ganesh etc. However, I do wish they had mantras that were translated into other languages (as an extra feature). They’re beautiful sounding, just not as profound for English speakers. There is a translate option, so you can transcribe the meditations or mantras beforehand, but some are long and very poetic (aka you won’t remember them). The mantras and meditations are beautiful in meaning, that’s why I think it would be more powerful to offer them in other languages (for newbies like myself).
If you want to write a review via the app, they only offer an email option (why would I only want to email these guys when they don’t respond to emails). I want people to have the whole picture.
