  • One of the worst apps on my phone

    I’ve been forced to used this app for over 5 years now. I don’t know how or why hospitals agree to use it. It’s awful. It’s been awful since my first time using it and they “enhance and update” it what seems like every month and it’s always just as bad. It’s insanely slow. I lose time out of my days having to battle with this app.

  • Avoid this platform

    Unbelievably frustrating that a facility I work at implemented this application. You wouldn’t believe the amount of time I lose trying to get the app to work and submit case information. I lose time doing my actual job and spending time with my family because this app functions so poorly.

  • Definition of Unstable

    The app consistently fails to allow users to upload bills, asks you to re-login randomly (sometimes multiple times a day), app is very glitchy, app requests users to manually enter PPI but can’t scan that info and no significant improvements have been made since launch.
