  • Broken - unusable

    This app 'upgrade' is a total failure. Adding passes is almost impossible, you can't delete passes once they expire, loading tickets takes ages and the app just doesn't work at times. As of writing this review the app just logged me out, then wouldn't let me login for 30 minutes and now it just issues a totally white screen.

    The app developer should be fired. The old app worked flawlessly
  • The latest update makes it less useful and slower

    The redesigned app while it looks nice has terrible UX. More taps required to get to timetables.

    More taps needed to access mytickets. The tickets tab defaults to a buy tickets sub tab rather than showing my tickets.

    No Apple wallet support to be ably to easily access my ticket.

    A real downgrade
