Broken / No developer response
I had a purchased quite a few of these digital versions of Beautiful Bizarre through the app and even had an annual subscription. A few months ago the app stopped launching with the latest iOS. I’d tried deleting/ reinstalling to no avail. Developers have also been unresponsive to complaints from myself and apparently from others.
The app had a decent user interface back when it worked.
No excuse for the poor customer service and lack of upkeep though.

Nov 2023 - Now Broke ?
I had a complete collection of these magazines and then around November 2023. It just stopped working, I tried to open up the app and it would blink off and so I deleted the app and reloaded it and it’s still not working. ? Even when it was working, though, it was a little bit annoying, and that very often when I open it up all the covers would be greyed out ! Once the Magazines were open though, It would be fine.

I paid an annual subscription, loaded the App. After which I was prompted to fill out the registration and create an account...... Then it just freezes every time, so I cannot view anything.Kalakiki
Abandoned App?
Fantastic magazine! App no longer seems to work on iOS devices, so I can only read it on my Android phone. App should be fixed or digital subscribers should be warned about limited access.CramNewton
Refuses to register
I purchased an issue, my payment went through, then I was prompted to register with Magzter but after clicking to continue it just freezes at the loading screen. Really disappointing. The app should prompt you to sign up first, then take your money not the other way around.xhanthixhanthixhanthi
Broken
I love this magazine but it broke recently. Uninstalled it, but now can’t re-install the app anymore, the download gets stuck. Seems to be incompatible with my latest iPhone update (iOS 14.5.1).adamonakea

This is a great magazine print version is a lot more pricey but $8 for this is great. I wish they would release more than 4 a year. Buy one you won’t regret it.Byron85
Broken issue
I bought an issue that featured one of my favorite online artists. The issue wouldn’t load on my phone due to an “error,” even after it was paid for, and when I reached out to customer service I got a reply saying they would look into it and never heard back.Babsbsnkansbd
