Every time I select a city, the app crashes.

The app crashes every time my wife or I pick a city. Seems like this has been a problem for awhile. I won’t pick this tour company again.

Have not been able to use this app. Crashes after I choose the city.
Horrible!
As others said, this simply does not work. If you aren’t on WiFi, it gives an error message that you need internet. Using a VPN will get you past this and start downloading the city, but as others said, it doesn’t matter… The app just crashes before doing anything.

App simply does not work
The app crashes every time I try to use it. It greatly reduces the value of buying a ticket for this tour since you can never get the schedules. clearly, the company is investing no money and repairing this.
Don’t bother!
I’m going to echo what others have said. I can’t get past the first screen as the app crashes. It’s deplorable that the company hasn’t addressed this after such a long time with the same complaints! I’d be embarrassed if I were the developer in charge of this app. It should be pulled!!

App Unusable, Crashes Every Time
I am in Santander and the app crashes every time I select the city from the cities menu. A user reported a similar problem with Seville nine months ago (December 22, now August 23). Shame on the company and the developer for failing to address the issue! I’d rate the app zero stars but Apple won’t let me go below the undeserved one star of this review.
