Packed with Great Lessons

I’m a chess fan who loves the challenge of these lessons. I’ll never be a strong player but they give me so much to keep my brain sharp and active. Love it. Best of the lot I’ve found available imho.

Not much efficient and effective as they say

Not enough resources and fun enough

Opening Blunders

This is a great learning app

Отличное приложение от лучшего шахматного разработчика!

Отличное приложение, я скачал почти все ваши приложения, но есть одно замечание, иногда кажется что составлял опровержения компьютер, а не человек

Fun and nicely put together

The puzzle part is challenging - but the app gives positive encouragement and multiple lines followed. Best part is after working on the game in puzzle-think mode you can play through all the lines and try others. There’s an analysis engine - touch the middle semicircle at the bottom to enter it, and swipe back to return to the lines. Well worth paying for the full book.

Chess

this is a great program I have been using it for a year and it is challenging enough for me to understand

Very helpful and informative

It would be a five star review, but sometimes when you get a tactic wrong it highlights some pieces in either red, yellow or green. No where does it explain what this means so when I see it I’m left asking “what is this supposed to mean?”

Remarkably useful and entertaining.

This may turn out to be my favorite of the several Chess King Apps that I picked up today (during an orgy of gratitude that such apps even exist!)

Started from the beginning. Found a position on the screen. Took a second to figure out how to conveniently rewind -- then play back through -- the game, back up to the first shown position (at which a blunder had occurred). Gazed at the screen and tried to figure out how to refute the blunder. Got some feedback on my choice. Realized that going through ALL the available positions should prove to be a wonderful supplement to the tactics practice I was already starting to get from the also terrific Chess Art app.

Unfortunately, my regular chess opponents will likely discover these wonderful apps someday, too.
