We had a session with a Disney photographer. He was good, many poses and lots of great photos. The system fails in that the files are stripped of ALL metadata including time date stamps. While the backend system have this data it’s ONLY visible (temporarily) on the Download history screen of the App. The website version has no time date info at all.Show lessDCreviewing
Total Garbage
Went to HK Disneyland on a summer trip. The app sends me a verify text but the actual app doesn’t allow me to type the code in to verify. Have downloaded multiples times and it still doesn’t work. Waste of money if I can’t get my pictures to download.mantin83
TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!
Don’t even bother with this PhotoPass! It’s not very user friendly, the Wi-Fi at the park is sporadic at best, and worst of all, there is a total lack of photographers to even make this pass useful. Just use your own phone or camera and save money!jaymieclark
Can’t even register
Absolutely useless application. Can’t even enter the confirmation code to register as new user. Very poor customer experience again Disney!MrTukM
Terrible
I don't know how this app has a Disney Badge on it. It constantly complains of server loss. If you buy a pass on the app you need a programming degree to activate it so that you can use it. It needs a lot of work. Sadly you have no option but to use it. Save yourself a hassle and buy the pass at the park then scan it.Show lessTinker2009
