App is annoying

We just got two G2 hoverboards for my boys’ Christmas presents and one of them came defective. The app lights setting is glitchy, but the worst of it is, the speed settings don’t work and the alarms are exceedingly annoying as you can’t turn them off when an adult is using it. I would set the speed setting to “adult” and it will automatically revert to child mode EVERY SINGLE TIME! I’m pretty sure we’ll be returning these and look for something else more reliable.

Really useful

I suppose they’ve had a few bug fixes since the last reviews
Bluetooth wasn’t working, but then I realised I didn’t have Bluetooth turned on for the app!
If Bluetooth doesn’t work, go to settings, look for the app, click on it and turn Bluetooth on

I got this hoverboard for Christmas and am really enjoying it
For the first couple of days, I hadn’t read the instructions and was riding it backwards!
Then downloaded this app and had a ton of fun with the lights and speed settings

If you fall off and hurt yourself (even with safety equipment), it doesn’t mean that it is unsafe. If you fall off a bicycle and get hurt with safety equipment, it doesn’t mean that all bicycles are unsafe. It just means you need practice but you’ll get it eventually

The gist is, this is a good app. Would recommend.

And definitely get one of their hoverboards! They are a ton of fun!

Won’t connect

As with other reviews, the Bluetooth on the device connects seamlessly to play music from but the app doesn’t connect at all. Very poor

Not fit for purpose.

Regret buying this board. It was an expensive purchase. The app just doesn’t work.

Terrible app a d terrible customer support

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP.....I needed this app to control grandsons Gyroor T581......it only connects for music on iPad and iPhone. Having tried for several days to connect, following deleting the app, reinstalling it, re registering it, using a different e mail it still won’t work. I contacted customer support who sent a video link exactly the same as I found on you tube......still won’t work, and now customer support won’t respond to e mails or send better instructions...
THIS HAS TO NE THE WORST APP IVE EVER TRIED TO USE.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL APP

Like another user said tho app is awful and it gets 0 stars from me. I wish I had looked at the reviews of the app before purchasing the board. I registered the board but when I go to to sign in it tells me it’s not recognizing the email even though it sent me an email to verify my email. When connecting the device to the bluetooth it did not register as gyroor but something different unfortunately I will have to disappoint my children and send the hoverboards back as you can only get the fullness of them by using a useless app. And I do not see where the developer has even tried to attempt to resolve any is the complaints other have.

Unsafe for public

I don’t know where to start here, I bought the GYROOR f1 for my 7 year old daughter I downloaded the app she was wearing safety equipment the app would not connect to the board at all, so I took y daughter out on the board and she fell off and hurt herself I am not happy at all! How can you sell a product to the public that isn’t safe and who’s official app doesn’t work? This has to be a health and safety violation
