My account was always linked to my Facebook so I have no idea why it’s not loading in all my things I’ve come so far to earn without buying anything. At this point I don’t see the point in playing the game no more. I’ve been on and off with this game for years and now all my whole account is gone, saying I need to start all over again.

Customer Service is TRASH…stay away from this game
Heed my warning; STAY AWAY from this game. Whenever you have an issue, NOTHING is done. The devs ONLY add things that can encourage money to be spent. The game is full of bugs, glitches, and cheaters. If you are a person, like me, that does spend to get things, DON’T do it for this game or anything from this company. When you have problems with your account, they won’t address it. Their excuse for never doing anything is demanding screenshots or videos(something you will never have but they can easily figure out). This game penalizes players with good accounts that beat players with higher battle ratings by “cheat” prompts when you win and not awarding your wins. Customer service gives only generic replies whenever you submit a ticket. I received - on many occasions - the same generic message sent to friends with totally different issues. My account has been messed up for months. They were deleting all of my problem tickets that I submitted. I started recording and screenshotting my customer service tickets to prove my tickets were being deleted once submitted. I received a new response saying that I should only submit 1 problem ticket. I can go on for days of how TRASH this company is. Heed MY WARNING: TAKE YOUR TIME AND MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE that will appreciate it! THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. You have been warned.

Loved the game
It’s 2024 now, used to play about 5 years ago and loved it. Miss my guild members from then. Had a lot of fun. Thank you for the game. Came back to write a review after I saw the name in my following list in instagram and flashback hit. 🫡

Glitches
The game is fun and looks pretty cool but there are some places where the games glitches and you can’t do anything after it glitches and you have to re-open the game. I played 1-2 years ago and it didn’t do this glitch before so please try to fix glitches
Servers announcements are annoying
The game is pretty good even though it’s mainly pay to win, but my biggest gripe is that anytime anyone in the server does anything that is considered announcement worthy there is a huge banner that displays telling you what another player did (I really don’t care what they did) and it covers up whatever you’re looking at and it’s quite annoying, especially when a player does like 10 announcement worthy things in a row and then I can’t see what I’m doing and I have to wait for the announcements to be over. Please make this optional, something the players can toggle, because while I’m sure other players care and wish to commend the announcement worthy player, the fact of the matter is that I do not care and I don’t want to be interrupted when I’m working on my own character.
Also on another note it’s really annoying that any time I have to leave the game screen to check a text message or an email or whatever the game has to reload and generally boots me from where I was. Please fix this issue so that every time my notification bar accidentally comes down a little I don’t have to reload the game.

Needs help
I have played this app probably since high school or so. It has been a fun time playing it and enjoying the game itself. I was a dancer character type and had gotten a ride pet option. I haven’t been on it in a long time due to storage issues on my phone and other things. Unfortunately I went to get on it tonight and I had to start over. I refused to do that when I tried to log in through Facebook and game center where the game was connected. I wish I could play the game as my character again but now I can’t even do that anymore. This has happened to other games where I haven’t been on in a while and then when I do get on, everything gets erased. I do wish the other players luck on playing the game because it was fun while it lasted. Why have a game when you can’t even get back into it anymore? I don’t even remember the character name of my character and it is just sad to say goodbye to a good game. Fix your stuff by allowing players to keep their player accounts without being kicked out. It is so frustrating and this is just a new problem that has never happened before

This game has gotten so complicated and unbalanced
The last time I played this game before I started playing again was almost half dozen years ago. And the game was already pretty confusing but still playable and now with every single little icon on the screen that you’d have no idea what they are.
However, that’s not the worst of this game, when it comes to pvp we have to think about being fair or having things in balanced, this game’s power gap between players makes pvp just not even fun, you get one shot most of the times because players that are active or a p2w player has ridiculous amount of power level, two players count have a digit or two power level difference, it’s completely unplayable.
