I have used this app for a couple of months now, easy to use and creates easy to follow reports. However after a few weeks my header disappeared and after a discussion with the provider, they said they would look into the glitch. Two weeks later, still no update and header

Easy to use and creates a professional looking PDF report. The incident icons are great as you can review the types on incidents which may re occurring
Does not connect to emails
I purchased this app and it’s constantly failing to export the PDF report via email. Very poor

All and any bugs fixed.
Disappointed
Icons did not load and the inability to export to pdf renders this app useless. In reading version history, it states all of these issues had been addressed. I’ve been told by developer to hold on and be patient before asking for refund. I so much wanted this to work because the platform appears useful.
