Hello, Thanks for reaching out and we are very sorry about this issue. Please make sure you are connected to internet and delete the app and reinstall it. After that, try the following. You will not be charged twice. Try downloading the already paid content as you did the first time. Apple will tell you the price but when you hit the buy button you will receive a pop up saying that you can download it for free because you have already paid the product. You will not be charged twice, we guarantee that, if you do, please send us the receipt and we will help you process a refund with Apple. Thank you
Waste of time
One star for putting something out there since it could potentially be useful but the price (although low) isn’t justified by the complete toss up that spending the money would be. No one should be desperate enough to buy this app.
