  • Great simple game

Easy to pick up, challenging but not to the point of being impossible
  • The View

On at couple of levels at least, there are objects that block that camera's view at essential turns that are made often for restarts. This makes it a matter of timing, which is fine, but if the timing is off from the music, holding that timing in your head can get annoying.

To the developer, just go through and find these areas where objects are obscuring the the turns and we'll be golden.

To the consumer, the game is an interesting idea built around the idea that you not only will fall, but you have to sometimes to move forward. Nice little sentiment there, but there are some frustrating aspects (like I mentioned above) that seem more like design flaws than challenges. Can I get past these "flaws" of course, with practice. But I'd rather overcome challenges that feel like their part of the game, not a design oversight.

Give it a whirl while it's free. If not free, maybe browse a bit further to see if another game steals your interest.

  • Not enjoyable, but looks pretty.

I'm a sucker for puzzle games and I was really excited for this one. The game looks beautiful and has a calming soundtrack, but becomes frustrating very quickly. You never know which direction your character is going to turn. There are white coins on the map not sure if you're suppose to collect them or not but many lead to death. Some maps have switches that open new paths, and the second you click a switch you fall off the map. By the time you reach the end of a level it feels like more of a chore, rather than feeling a sense of accomplishment. I do enjoy challenging puzzle games , but with poor level design and random controls I can't find enjoyment in this.

Update to 1 star I have never paid for an app and still get ads. Really annoying, most apps you pay for will remove the ads.

  • Most Calming App Ever

This review is middling-to-fair that, while this is more effective than meditation apps for mindfulness, the ads are too distracting sometimes to play.

I'm a perfectionist when it comes to most games. I will restart levels for the smallest of mistakes. Because most games seem to have a taunting set-up, 'this EASY level took you THIRTY tries??'

This game stands calmly and gently opposed to that. Mistakes are welcome, encouraged, and rewarded. The glowing cubes to collect often are along the wrong path. The option of skipping a level is only there as a reminder that, it's okay if you're frustrated, you can try again later.

The level design is exactly how this succeeds in what meditation apps can't for me. There is something unknown out there. You can't see the whole level. You have to engage and explore and, even if you anticipate something, you can easily see how you do or don't "succeed in completing" whatever task you were attempting.

I know that the developers probably can't control exactly what kind of ads they have, but the game would be much better if they didn't flash. It's fair and understandable that they're there, which is why I rated a 4 rather than say a 3. (I was recommended this on an article of pricey but currently free apps. The ads being there surprised me as the app prices tended to be $3-5.)

  • Crooked path

    Loved it, more levels please.
  • Not a challenging...but, a Frustrating game

Nice effect..but, i did not enjoy playing this game at all.
  • Challenging

Very challenging. Have to lose some lives to open some paths as you must step on the green buttons to open them and then you fall off and go back to the beginning of the maze.

Speed increases as you progress to new levels with a bit of extra "screen noise" added as well making it even more challenging. (I haven't gotten very far yet so who knows what extra goodies might appear further on.)

No way to view the maze other than to pause the app, and then the maze is downsized and faded so not super easy to view.

Difficult to figure out what your next move should be while playing as it's too hard to stay on the track and still look ahead to anticipate or prepare your path especially with so many quick turns.

Background music is not overly annoying which is a good thing as you can only have it on or off, not adjust the volume separately to the game sounds. (If you turn the music off, you lose the game sounds as well. Not the best design.)

One other minor annoyance, app keeps asking for Facebook likes, or follow on Snapchat.

Easily a 5 Star app with a few tweaks. Gets 3.5 stars at present.

  • Frustrating and nerve racking

    Deleted quickly.
  • Super hard...

the minimalistic look af the game is really good, the sounds and the atmosphere are great... But the game is so hard that becomes frutrating very quick... Played three levels, and it's really cool, but my character fell off the edges no less than 1000 times...
  • Awesome

Amazing music, difficult yet addictive levels, and intriguing morals. I'm glad Mashable on snapchat brought this app up, and I'm glad to have played it.
