I download it for free, but right after downloading it's charging me, so I canceled it immediately. The big problem is the cancellation is effective after 1 year, it's charging me $59plus. So aI freeze my credit card. Now I can't download anything from the Apps
Wrong app
The problem is with the App Store. I specifically asked for for one touch reveal and then took the first app which should have been the one I wanted by got this one instead. Cost me $52. And is useless. Finally got the one I wanted and it was free

No instructions!!!
I bought this app for a year and 10 minutes after, I can’t even use the blood sugar monitor! I also would like a refund!!!!

Disappointed
I’ve paid my year membership and find now this app is not reading my husbands meter any longer and all of a sudden the estimated AIC tells me I have to upgrade?? This is not acceptable to take away an option part way through a subscription I would like the rest of the year refunded if I can’t get support I sent a message and they use intercom very disappointing.. no response also can’t s me report send button not working this APP and their support is not worth the money.. I deeply regret getting this app and want my money back. Contacting Apple so they remove this app!!

I wish I read the reviews instead of going by stars
I downloaded this app with the hopes it would sync to Apple Health and was pleased to see it did. I wanted the reporting capability that is only available with the upgrade, so I subscribed. Once I got to setting up the app, I gave it access to my health data - the only thing it imported was glucose, even though it asks for read/write access to weight, blood pressure, etc.
So I reached out to customer support via the chat - and they left me on read.
Trying to be a problem solver, I deleted the app and reinstalled. I’ve tried to “restore” my purchase a few times now and the app just force closes.
I’ve put in a dispute with Apple, but as of right now, I’m out $40 and this app is USELESS.

Data stored in app only
Just leaving this FYI for other users. I recently reset my iPhone due to suspected security issue. I had t thought that like so many other apps, my data would be on a server in the cloud. But it’s not. When I reinstalled the app and logged in all my data was gone!😩. Although I did an iPhone backup one cannot recover a single app from iCloud backup. So 8 months of data lost 😭 right before my 6 month blood review!! Recommended to export your data before resetting the phone (paid version only).
Other than this it’s a great app. Perhaps ‘Glucose App’ Will consider storing data in future???

Unfortunately Support doesn’t work but I am wondering if app could be purchased on monthly basis, not annually.
Also I would like to see how pdf report looks like. Report is available only after purchasing but as I mentioned above I have to pay for full year to check how report is generated
