This game is really good but the game does not let you pick your person, political party, or house of congress. Please fix this

Good but a problem on my end.
It is a great game but once I get finished with my bill it takes me right back to the Home Screen. It doesnโt let me choose my character or any of that stuff. I tried to download it again and try it again and nothing different happened. It gets boring after a while because I do my bill and then I canโt do anything else. I donโt know if i missed anything while playing but other than that issue itโs a great game!
