Crashes
Worked fine until update. Now crashes when trying to talk through it.

My family has had the cameras for about 1-2 years now and they still work perfectly! We have used them for so many things in the house and it made it so much easier to see things around the house. It has even prevented a dog in our house from getting injured. Now we have a puppy and use it more than ever. Thanks you so much for the amazing app and camera. ๐

Great at first and now wonโt connect
Worked great before and now wonโt connect to my WiFi after having moved AND completed all the trouble shooting - nothing works. No connection.
No longer working
Has been great for over a year , however now it no longer works , it states connected ,press to view and you just get spinning timer on screen . Not sure if this is since an iOS update or why . When it worked it was great

If I donโt have SD card inserted, what does it mean by local/online on video tab? Does it save in phone? If yes, why canโt have functionality to save alarm locally. Is it possible?

Used to work
Not sure what happened, it has worked for us for almost 5 months and then out of no where yesterday it shows my camera is connected but I get a black screen that just spins forever and never loads. Looks like I am not the only one who has had this issue. ๐ก

Notifications keep going off even when camera is not connected!
How to fix the app problem
Hi I had done update 12 on my I pad air 2 and the app wouldnโt open so I did a system restore on it through iTunes and it worked you just have to fix it

Oct 2, 2018. Trying to access my camera and nothing. App does not work cannot access my camera! What gives! It worked perfect till you did updates?
This app does not work on my iPad since the 12.0 update.
Please fix this ASAP , I use this app/camera to care for my senior We need this please
