Needs to be more personal
App is great however I have missed calls due to the notification sound not being loud enough. Developers really need to add a feature to where we can and are aloud to be more personal with the notification sound. Its to soft of a sound especially if I’m asleep at night to hear when asleep. Please developers make this happen. The sound needs to be louder or able to be more personal.

App keeps getting worse
How is this even allowed as a iphone app? Have to re login every random time they feel the need to change it even though I have face id assigned to app. Also recently call will come through and when i tap on call to approve, it disappears until timer runs out. Chat feature is pointless!
Signed out still getting calls
After I have signed out, I still get calls as if though I am signed in and active.
App temporarily works.
You can use the app until it glitches in about a week it works every other week and every other week it doesn’t work. It’s a significant not working issue that no one can fix Allstate can’t fix it. The app people can’t fix it and you’re unable to use the app for two weeks or a week it depends and then you gotta reset your password so just get used to resetting your password a lot deleting the app multiple times to make it worse ultimately and I’ve been using the app for about three months and it feels like high school or freshman college kids have made the app because so low tech and low integrated into anything I feel like a little kid did it I mean, I could do it better than that like they do not have their stuff together and it is child’s play what they’re working on. It’s pathetic.

Low pay per job high operating cost
Low pay per job, not enough travel time so you have to rush to most jobs, not compensated for fuel or travel so it’s very easy for operating costs to exceed profit. Not worth it the trouble especially if you don’t already have most of the tools necessary. App constantly goes available on its own
They don’t want u to earn but do labor as if it’s a door dash delivery
The founders of this app had manipulation in mind just as any other motor club you donteh service and they feel the need to make More off of your own labor then you can modern day slavery at its best.
Worse update so far
The most recent update has wiped out stored facial recognition and password settings, forcing password reset then error messages then account locked screens. Get it together yall. Great way to lose good providers in crappy markets
Notifications
Are horrible. Always miss calls due to this. If your phone is on silent by mistake then you will 100% miss every call. Doesn’t even turn your phone screen on! Please just make it like the notifications for text messages where it will reduce the volume of music etc so you can actually freaking hear it!!!

Fraudulent Company Complete Waste
I have been contracted since September 2016. From them til now I have otter taken breaks because I noticed missing funds in my payments. The company has showed me it does not pay its workers correctly. So today I’m finally refusing to accept another task. Good Riddance MF
