Cannot change card packs
This is really weird, before on my iPhone 7 I bought one card pack but now I can’t change or to buy another one it just gives me basic cards but i want one i bought :)))kvintro

I bought the wine and dine pack and it didn’t even unlock. It was only $3 but the only other to use is for 4+ people. Guess I don’t have enough friends lolsjoe227!

Hi sjoe227, We're sorry to hear that you're having problems accessing your in-app purchases. We have two actions you can try to resolve the issue. First you should try pressing the restore purchase button on the store screen to restore any previous purchases that you've made. If that shouldn't work, you can check the status of your previous purchase by pressing the "Buy Pack" button on the corresponding pack once more. It isn't possible to purchase an in-app purchase more than once, so you needen't worry about being charged twice. If your previous purchase was successful, a message will appear that you can activate the item free of charge. If a message asking you to pay for the pack appears, then there was probably a problem with your purchase, and the purchase never went through. If neither solutions resolves your issue, you can visit this link to refund your purchase https://reportaproblem.apple.com. Select the in-app purchase that isn't activating from the list, click "report a problem", then "I'd like to request a refund". The other packs are best played with 3 people or more.
